Dan Teston is a 2nd generation Central Florida native and has grown up seeing the growth and changes that have taken place in Orlando over the last 40+ years. After several years in building site development he obtained his real estate license in 2008 and started helping homeowners build their financial wealth through owning properties. He is a skilled negotiator and pricing strategist. His background in site development helps his customers tremendously when purchasing new construction or a custom build.

Tanin Teston joined Dan in 2016 after 17 years in the title industry as a Branch Manager and Closer, having closed several thousand transactions by that time. Her attention to detail and love of marketing and analytics makes her a great fit for working with sellers on getting their properties in front of the most eyes possible. Data and anticipating trends are important on whether you're looking to buy or sell and we track both! After preparing and reviewing thousands of settlement statement she knows attention is in the details.
