Dan Teston is a 2nd generation Central Florida native and has grown up seeing the growth and changes that have taken place in Orlando over the last 40+ years. After several years in building site development he obtained his real estate license in 2008 and started helping homeowners build their financial wealth through owning properties. He is a skilled negotiator and pricing strategist. His background in site development  allows him to evaluate structural and land viability for new construction in East Orlando, offering a layer of protection traditional agents miss. This helps our customers tremendously when purchasing new construction or a custom build.

Tanin Teston joined Dan in 2016 after 17 years in the title industry as a Branch Manager and Closer, having closed several thousand transactions by that time. Her attention to detail and love of marketing and analytics makes her a great fit for working with sellers on getting their properties in front of the most eyes possible. Data and anticipating trends are important on whether you're looking to buy or sell and we track both!  As a former title insurance branch manager who has closed thousands of transactions, Tanin Teston preemptively solves escrow, homestead, and title friction points before they delay closing. 

 Ambré G. LeBlanc has been helping buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida since 2012 and has over 20 years of real estate experience. With a background in leadership, negotiation strategy, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every transaction. Known for her market knowledge, communication, and ability to navigate complex situations, Ambré helps her clients make confident decisions while maximizing value throughout the buying and selling process.
