The clubhouse is generally staffed from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm seven days a week. The clubhouse staff also maintains the Boulevard and oversees the pool deck so the best way to meet with a staff member to obtain a key card is to email the staff at clubhouse@cypresslakeshoa.com to schedule a time. You will receive 2 key cards upon providing proof of purchase, please bring with you a copy of the warranty deed or settlement statement from your purchase.

Per the recorded Covenants and Restrictions in Official Records of Orange County Document #20160254942 fishing is allowed in the community ponds. No use is permitted, but not limited to swimming, boating, playing, or use of personal flotation devices, skating or sledding is prohibited. The use of jet skis are prohibited in all bodies of water in Cypress Lakes.
